Please Help IF You Can

Unfortunately it is that time again where we find ourselves in real trouble rent wise. Yes, Sandi has gone back to work and that helps. But, her hours are rather shaky and Scott has had a serious medical problem that we are having to deal with. Fortunately and very thankfully, based on the biopsies it is not cancer, but more tests are planned and he is now on some meds. This is in addition to a problem with his feet that required another office surgical procedure two weeks ago and followup today.

Karl remains at home and has zero prospects for a job after the wrongful termination by Kroger #581 in Plano, Texas. Unfortunately, I can't say everything I would like to regarding that situation which is why I have not said anything the past two months. There is a lot! However I can say, as they and numerous other parties have been notified this week, we now have legal counsel for him. That case is moving forward.

I had hoped and prayed that by now my Social Security Disability would have been approved and I would not have to ask for anymore help. While a recent phone call on Tuesday was encouraging, I don't have letters or anything from the Agency regarding my case. Once approved, I am looking at 90 days before I would receive any of my back payments going to March 2010 when this nightmare all began.

So, I am asking for help for us one more time. I am praying and hoping that this will be the last time.  We owe each and every single person so much already I absolutely hate asking yet again. We owe so much I don't have any idea how we will pay anyone back. But, we certainly intend to try.
