Let's hope this gets Kroger's attention. They've been dancing around this long enough.

Here's hoping it finally gets settled to Karl's satisfaction.

As the Wheels of Justice slowly grind forward, I hope they're lined up for those that did so much wrong and caused Karl and your family unnecessary grief.

Thanks, Fiona.

If half the things we are hearing from staff and customers are true, Kroger is now well aware that they have a major problem on their hands.

I think this is terrific. Let's hope it finally brings Kroger to its knees and Karl gets what's rightfully due him.

If the governmental agencies involved had done what they should have done, this would have been resolved long ago. They didn't.

The really good news now is those involved will have to publicly testify in extensive detail in open court as to what they did and why. No more ducking, hiding and playing games.

The glacial speed of the American courts is enough to drive people insane. Hold on there Kevin, they will move the case forward, eventually.

We are hanging in. Having waited this long for justice we are in it for the long haul.
