Having documented on this blog just the tip of the iceberg regarding Karl and what happened at Kroger 581 in Plano, I find it interesting that once again eyeballs are coming from
to see why there is a federal lawsuit. One wonders if these are the same people who were looking back in November 2011 when it would have been far easier for the Kroger bosses to make things right.
I also find it very interesting that the store manager, William “Bill” Latham has suddenly been transferred and demoted from Kroger 581 to a store over in Fort Worth because the lawsuit was filed. It took 11 months and a federal lawsuit before the headquarters folks figured out they had a big problem on their hands.
Deposing every single person involved in what was done to Karl inside that store and outside of it, the numerous witnesses to what was done to Karl, and other matters should prove to be very interesting. Let alone the fact, when this mess finally goes to public trial, that they will all have to testify in open court and be held accountable for ALL of their actions. Not just for what they did, but their conspiracy to hide the truth from investigators, agencies, and others.
Perjury is a serious crime. Some folks are going to find that out the hard way as the case moves forward.
