It features a new character, Tall Chambers, and the hunt for terrorists home and abroad. That hunt and how it changes Tall is a main theme of the book along with romance, loss, and lots of other good stuff. Earl explains how the book came about as well as explaining the background of the character and the book.
I had the privilege of reading this in our critique group as Earl worked on it. It is a good one.
