Instead of being at home and taking care of Sandi, today Karl and I will be going to downtown Dallas to meet with his lawyer. More than 15 months later, Kroger, still has not done the right thing so the federal case continues. Like Sandi's cancer, this deal continues on and on and on.
I had thought that since they had investigated, confirmed Karl's account, and had demoted and transferred the former store manager that they would move things forward to do the right thing by Karl. Apparently not so now we have to go downtown today.

Hope it went well and there are stong signs of this moving forward.
It went okay, though it was exhausting and painful for me. Drive time and meeting time all together went almost four hours which is way too much for me.
