I don't have any real news to report as things have pretty much been status quo. She was able to stay awake this afternoon and didn't take a nap. That is different than what has been normal since she came home from the hospital. But, everything is pretty much the same overall.
Tomorrow is another doctor day down at Medical City Dallas Hospital. The appointments are just for blood work and a visit with the doctor and nothing else is planned. Like always, we will be taking the packed hospital bag with us just in case they suddenly decide she has to be admitted. We don't expect that, but one never knows. The car has a full tank of gas, passed inspection today, so things are as ready as they can be on that front.
Even if things go as planned, I will be gone much of the day. Scott has to get back and forth to UTD and that takes time too. Driving is physically hard and painful work for me now, unlike when I was younger, and being the only one here that can drive is another strain on me. Scott is off next week for Spring break and that helps, but it is offset by the fact I have to get Karl to downtown Dallas late next week for a meeting with his lawyers on the Kroger mess. Since Kroger folks have already conceded that Karl did nothing wrong and have stated he can have his job back in the store he was in before with yet more new management now, I don't know why Kroger and their lawyers have not made a real settlement offer to compensate him for his missed work so that we can all move on.
Tomorrow is also Friday and that means Friday's Forgotten Books. I have one of mine locked and loaded and it should appear here later tonight or early tomorrow morning depending on how you think about it. Either way, if things work like they should, my entry for FFB will be up tomorrow.
Will update when I can......

Luck tomorrow. I know the deal of carrying a packed bag with you. I used to do that on a regular basis for doctor visits. Always careful to pack a half dozen books along with it. My sister used to laugh at me for that. Like a scout, always be prepared.
Thank, Randy. One never knows these days so the bag goes with every time.
