Claymore Award Finalists

Mark Troy is a good friend and a member of our local writers group. He wrote us late yesterday (which I found this morning) that his book, THE LAW OF THE SPLINTERED PADDLE is a Claymore Award Finalist. The award is given out at KILLER NASHVILLE in a couple of  weeks. Thrilled for Mark as the book is a very good one. Of course, I could be biased as we all got to read it while Mark worked on it.  In my opinion it is one heck of a book.  I can't comment on the competition as I have not read any of them.
