Sandi has a bunch of stuff on iOffer as well as here. For the love of god-- PLEASE buy something! We have a $400 power bill to pay and $300 in medicines to buy.
We were scammed out of thousands of dollars by the "rehab" Steve was in. I don't want to tell you here how they did it, but they did it. It won't help us now, but we need--my opinion--to rethink how we do medical care in this country.
I meant to leave this link for you. Steve got a card for this site from one of his oncologist's office. It gives you access to creating a free website where you interact with family, friends, volunteer helpers and potential "giving angels." Please have a look and see if it might be helpful. Doing it yourself is often more effective than having a friend do it. People like to connect directly with the caregiver and when possible the patient. It's more personal that way.

ReplyDeleteI see the link wasn't allowed, so I will state it differently. wwwDOTmylifelineDOTorg
ReplyDeleteI think you can file a complaint with Medicare about the scamming deal. That is horrible.
ReplyDeleteI will check into the mylifeline deal, Reine. Never have heard of them.
