Today

As some of you already know thanks to Facebook or elsewhere, today is my birthday. I am less than thrilled that this has happened again. This time of year is hard and today has been one of those really super hard days. But, I am still here and still sober so that has to mean something.

For all those who have expressed their wishes today, thank you. It means a lot.
