We have kept power and water on and have no idea how we have been so lucky. Millions of Texans, including neighbors on the street, have not been so fortunate. An additional couple of inches of sleet and snow rolled through last night into early this morning. The pictures below are of my street this morning looking left and then right from my front porch.
You are indeed very lucky to have your power, and I am happy to hear it. The photos are lovely.
ReplyDeleteBest I can do from the porch. With my cane, I am not venturing out., I fall too much as it is on dry surfaces.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear that you have power! I had been concerned. Hope you can stay safe.

We kept power and water. Everybody on this street did keep power even though we are on two different circuits--north side on one and those of us on the south side on another. At least two houses had pipes blow out Tuesday night flooding those houses.
ReplyDeleteSo, so far, so good. I have yet to be out beyond the front porch since last Saturday as my cane and I do not play well with others. I was not part of the street long snowball fight the other day nor the sledding event.
