"Dark Promptings"

Have not been able to do very much at all the last six days because my pain level is way higher than normal. Off the charts higher and I don't know why it has been so brutally bad. I am so hoping this not the new normal for me. If it is, it means my days of being able to write much of anything are pretty much over.

I am way behind on my e-mail, book reviews and a lot of other stuff. But, I did see the below from the always prolific Michael Bracken and wanted to pass it on in his words.
