I thought Verizon was bad, but FRONTIER is way worse. Total incompetent customer service. Because their system does not show that a payment was made that processed through my bank Saturday, they expect me to call the bank and have that transaction reversed and pay again by credit card. Nope. Not happening.

This is not the first issue with them. They still do not have our address correct despite numerous notices telling them what it is as well as talking to them on the phone about it. Because of their billing errors and fraudulent theft by way of late fees due to their failure to fix our address, I started paying them online.

Now this.  Whatever you do, if FRONTIER is involved, stay the heck away from them.
