A Year Later

Having fallen twice in the last 24 hours, I can't help but think about how today marks one year since my health issue started. A year later, I am unemployed, less mobile, in constant pain, and worse off  in every single way than I was and begging for help from government agencies and others.

As frustrating and painfully bad as it has been, it could have been worse.

One hopes that long before another year passes, things will start getting better.
