This hits home for me. Since my amputation and other disabilities, I've run into people I haven't seen in a long time. I could tell they were looking for an excuse to move on quickly, couldn't take a minute or two to pass the time.
I have run into a couple of people I used to work with while getting my car inspected or at the grocery store. They acted like I was highly contagious and could not wait to move on. Rather sad.
Amazon Associates has informed me that that following statement must be posted prominently: “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.”
Supporting The Blog
As Sandi wanted, the blog continues. If you would like to make a donation of support, you can do so at the links below. Most of the donated funds go to the purchase of medical supplies and covering my medical bills. Some goes to the purchase of various reading materials which are eventually read and reviewed here.
