Is there a return problem for digital books?
My personal opinion is there is not one. I have noticed that some of the same people screaming about this issue are the same folks who want libraries closed because supposedly they cost book sales. Not buying the argument in either case.

I don't see it as an issue either, Kevin.
I do know (I blogged about it well over a year ago based on a story I listened to, then read up on at NPR) that Amazon can and does have the ability to track if a reader opens and reads a book, where they stopped, how long between pages, etc. I suspect if there were a major problem with individuals reading and then returning, Amazon would be quite aware.
I'm sure they can and do stop problem folks. Just like how a brick and mortar store tracks refunds and stops frequent refunders.
