A Sandi Update
Sandi has been doing a little better the last couple of days so I took her over to Survivor Gals in Plano to get a haircut. Her hair has been driving her nuts and they take very good care of her over there. Survivor Gals knows how to handle hair when it comes back post chemo as it is very different after that happens. Each time Sandi has lost it and then it came back the hair has been very different. Also got her a couple of hats and a new fight cancer like a girl t-shirt. Most likely she will be wearing some of that a week from now when we see the cancer doc and staff again.

Nice haircut! Glad she's feeling better.
She is doing a little better. The steroid dose pack for five days did a number on her, but seem to have turned things around somewhat. Not sure what any of this means for next week and going forward. Expect her to be zonked out tomorrow after today.
Saw your update on the pills....hope they do right by you.

She looks lovely! I hope she's enjoying the spring weather. Husband & I both go to the barbershop at the VA hospital.
Wonderfull to see her smiling with the new haircut. Glad she had a good day out.
