Good advice. I had one query that started out: Dear Super Reviewer. I don't mind a little stroking(heh!), but that was a bit out there.
I think I got the same review request. Made me want to dust off the cape and cowl.
The ones that claim they have read my blog constantly and really like what I do and then show how they have no clue are the ones that bug me far more than the mass generated review requests.
