Karl
won in his lawsuit in federal court regarding what happened nearly two years ago at Kroger 581 in Plano. He has been vindicated! There should be a press release coming
soon from his law firm who did a wonderful job in all aspects.
Going to bed as we are exhausted, but wanted to say THANK YOU ALL. Things are not over yet-----unless they want it to be. They have to make that decision.
Tonight, this is a huge win and a massive relief. The press release should be out in the morning so hopefully the business wire services and other media will start picking that up and covering things.
Tomorrow is another cancer doc visit and blood work deal so please keep a good thought.
What wonderful news! How marvelous that someplace in this world justice does prevail. I hope this eases your situation a little and takes away a lot of stress.
Congratulations! Hope this takes off some of the pressure your family has endured the past few years. Great news and kudos for hanging in there with the lawsuit.
Kevin, I'm so glad something has finally gone your way and I hope Karl will get everything he deserves now. I've never heard of a more blatant example of corporate abuse of an employee and I applaud your whole family for not just giving up.
Thank you, Lelia. I wish I could repeat in public some of the things that were said, not just about Karl, but, about us as parents and regarding our health conditions. It was despicable, but, I can't talk about it yet. Just like I can't talk about what was proven during court that went far beyond what we knew had happened.

Thank you, Bill. It has been a huge weight.
YAY!! I said that if he didn't win, there is no justice. Now we wait to see what happens next??
Fabulous news! I'm so happy for the whole family, but especially Karl!

Thank you, Donna. Yes, this helps!
Finally, a long (understatement) time in arriving
You are not kidding! Two years next month is the termination anniversary.
Congrats to Karl and you, Kev. Good wishes to your wife for her medical stuff today.
